SMART is a term used in business which applies to a methodology of thinking and acting that allow you to clearly determine your path to success.  Many make great plans but are poor at action and many more are great at action without any true sense of direction. Both sets of people will be doomed to feeling less success than if they worked SMART.
SMART stands for:
S – Specific
M – Measureable
A – Achievable
R – Realistic
T – Timed
